I was in the lady lounge with my friends, really I don’t know how the ladies staff can survive ,and I was surprised even the weather situation but they keep smiling thanks to the beautiful Fatma for her cooperation and for creating this great team,we are too much happy when we saw her every season at the lounge.

We led a two-day workshop at the Regency in September 2022. It was a great success. We achieved all of our objectives. I was particularly impressed by the staff and especially Skylyn who was a team leader. They could not have been more helpful.
The hoe hotel struggled to resolve our audio-visual issues. It would have helped to have somebody dedicated top to the task and available the day before the workshop to ensure that we had all we needed and that it worked
Excellent hospitality especially from the banquet staff. I have had the pleasure to be served by the staff. In addition, the food was very nice. The arrangement of the things was excellent too. I will definitely come back again.
