How can I book online?
Booking online is now easier than ever! Please go to “book now” on our website and select your stay period, room category, number of persons, and then complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email with a booking confirmation number. You can share this with us when checking in.
Is the online reservation 100% guaranteed?
Our online booking system will only show you the available dates. Any bookings made are completely guaranteed and secured.
Do you have a refund policy?
We like to offer our guests flexibility; we offer a full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. Refunds can take up to 14 working days depending on payment method.
Is it possible to pay K-net or credit card?
You can choose to pay for your stay at The Regency in cash, K-net, Visa Card, Master Card, or American Express.
Is a marriage certificate required for couples?
As per the Kuwait Law, we are required to keep a copy of the marriage certificate for couples that stay at The Regency.
Do you allow single ladies to book a room in the hotel?
As per Kuwaiti Law, this is unfortunately not permitted. We have a ladies lounge with a private beach that ladies are able to make use of.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at The Regency Hotel Kuwait.
